Examples include (but are not limited to): profile avatars, banners, and wallpapers.Any modification, editing, cutting, or similar processes and results to any commission IS PROHIBITED, including 2D and 3D printing. Still, if you wish to make modifications to your commission(s), make this known as soon as possible through the following contact: [email protected]• Reposting or sharing commissioned work is acceptable in the sole circumstances that credit is explicitly and obviously attributed to 3blendr or @3blendr, written as such.• According to the government of the United States of America, all commissions are under copyright protection and are my sole intellectual property. Any infringement is a violation of the law, meriting legal action.• A request for commission may be declined, and the reason undisclosed.• Listed prices are base prices, meaning that these are usually minimum prices that are subject to variance for reasons such as, (i) inflation, (ii) taxes, (iii) subjective reasoning, (iv) etc.• Commissions will be completed according to our agreed process, checks, updates, and the final deadline. If an order is requested to be rushed during production, additional fees may be incurred. Note, all commissions will include "flex time". That is, time that accounts for possible unforeseen complications. Catering to your specific request and quality is of greatest importance, and any terms of service work to accommodate this for any circumstance.• Visual references are required in an effort to fully accommodate and meet your specific request. In the event that no visual references are provided, additional fees may be incurred or the request may be denied.Commissioning Process:• A form for completing and sending a fully specified and formatted commission request, by you to me (3blendr), is available in the "Commissions" section located at the front page of this Carrd.• A "sketch" or base model (usually "blockout" of the model) will be sent for your review, in order to approve or make revisions to the commission. After confirmation of the state of the "sketch", I will progress to the main modeling stage of the commission. Refunds and major revisions are usually not acceptable past this stage.• Before adding materials and texturing, an update will be sent for your review of the completed model. Minor revisions are acceptable at this stage.• During rendering, two reviews will be permitted in order to ensure an optimal final state of the commission. Do note that any aspects of the modeling process are subject to my personal style, though the main focus is on your request.Payment:• Base prices are located in the "Commissioning" section• Cashapp and PayPal are accepted forms of payment. An invoice will be sent before payment.• No refunds unless there are exceptional circumstances.• Once the commission begins, 50% of the total payment is required up-front. Once the "sketch" is approved, 10% of the remaining invoice should be transferred. At the completion of the commission, 40% of the total payment is required to complete the project. If you do not accept the final product and rearrangements cannot be made, you are not obligated to pay the remaining balance, and you will not receive the initial deposits. However, accommodations can be arranged.• In the event that a commission is canceled BEFORE the "sketch" is approved, a partial refund will be considered.• In exceptional circumstances where a commission must be halted in process, a partial refund will be issued.• The artist is never obligated to refund more than the cash amount already paid in desposits.Final Stage:At the completion of the project and your approval of the final result, the model will be finalized and rendered in EEVEE or Cycles at your discretion, with the settings you desire, including light paths, samples, colors, baking, and more (if unsure, contact me or leave it to my discretion based on what will optimally accommodate your request). This rendered file (file type at your discretion) will be sent to you via email or alternate methods with the resolution and file size that you have specified.By requesting a commission from the artist 3blendr, you are verifying that you have read, understood, considered, and accepted the terms of service as listed above and on the invoice.
